Good News!

I wanted to share a bit of good news that we just received.  The results of dad's MRI of the brain came back today.  It shows NO metastatic disease in the area, which means nothing has spread to the brain!!  Excellent news for sure.  This disease spreads so quickly and knows no boundaries.  It's great to know we started therapies before any spreading to the brain.

Thanks again for all of the love and support!  Tomorrow (Friday 6/24) Pima, my parents dog who was still in Saudi Arabia, will arrive in Houston.  I know dad will enjoy having Pima around.  She will stay at my house and will have a great friend to play with - my dog Graham.  Graham is a Golden Doodle and (I know everyone will correct me if I get this wrong) Pima is a Weimer Doodle.  They should get along famously.....

    That is fantastic news! I've been reading each post and can't believe that you are almost at 6000 pageviews! If that doesn't speak to the love coming Steve's way, I don't know what does.

    Great news about the scan! I'm so glad to hear it. And I bet Pima will be so excited to see Steve again after leaving her alone in Saudi for almost 4 weeks! She is Steve's best jogging partner.
